Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares are purchased in advance and are non-refundable. By joining our CSA, you acknowledge the inherent risks of farming, including crop loss due to weather, pests, or disease. aGROWKulture Urban Farm commits to providing a fair and diverse share throughout the season but does not guarantee specific quantities of any single item.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods listed on the Website. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of farm products, all sales of produce, eggs, honey, and plants are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for damaged or incorrect items if reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

6. Farm Visits, Tours & Events

Participation in farm tours, workshops, classes, and on-site events is voluntary. Visitors assume all risks associated with being on a working farm, including uneven terrain, tools, equipment, animals, insects, and weather conditions.
