Thank you for your interest in becoming a Youth Vendor with aGROWKulture Urban Farm! Our youth vendor program supports young entrepreneurs by providing real-world marketplace experience, agricultural education, and leadership development.

By signing this document, I acknowledge the inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation. I hereby waive and release the business, its owners, and its staff from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to the services provided.

I give permission for my child to participate as a Youth Vendor with aGROWKulture Urban Farm. I understand that this program is designed for educational purposes and that adult supervision is required at all times.

I acknowledge that aGROWKulture Urban Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unsold items.

I grant permission for photos and videos of my child to be used for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes.
